The Church of El Salvador, in La Roda, is located in what is known as “loma del castillejo”, there was the old Castillo de Robda that was destroyed by order of Isabel la Católica.

Castillo de Robda is an artisan cheese that pays tribute to the first settlers of our town. A flavor with character that does not leave our palate indifferent, reminding us of the cheese that our ancestors made. It is a time machine that takes us back to the flavors that our ancestors once enjoyed and whose legacy has turned Manchego cheese into a universal product.
