Cheese with black truffle made from sheep’s milk.

Its truffled flavour will offer you a different experience from the rest. A mixture of the tradition of La Mancha and the exotic and aromatic flavour of the truffle. The combination they create will surprise you as they are a perfect match.

We use black truffle for its elaboration. The cheese is cured for at least 6 months and has all the traditional flavour of the cured cheeses we make in our region. The mixture will not leave anyone indifferent and you will surely want to repeat.
