Aged cheese aged for one year in lard. An old cheese with a great texture and flavour, thanks to the fact that it is made from 100% sheep’s milk.
Ivory yellow in colour, it has a mild flavour, a pleasant consistency and a characteristic smell. When you taste it, you will enjoy the buttery and even grainy sensation characteristic of this type of cheese.
Made with 100% pasteurised sheep’s milk. Matured for 12 months.
Keep refrigerated between 8 and 10 ºC. Protect the cutting surface for better preservation.
Optimal cutting and consumption temperature: 20-22 degrees Cº.
